(Brodeur got rid of the puck while NJ were on the PP before a ref signalled delayed penalty. On the delayed penalty with the Canes net empty a backpass down ice off the boards went horribly wrong…)

The second after he retires, can the Hockey Hall of Fame just induct him right then and there? And while they're at it, retire #30 NHLwide as well. Right now, I'd put him ahead of Gretzky as the best of all-time.

I wouldn't say he's ahead of Gretzky but definitely in the Top 10. I'm sure he'll be inducted immediately following his retirement. However, he IS the best goaltender all-time. No doubt.
