Looking for a descendant of William the Conqueror

I exchanged a few TGs with someone who happened to be descended from William the Conqueror through a certain lord...unfortunately, I lost those TGs and the name of the nation when my country Chinamerica was deleted. Does anyone have information about the name of this nation?

You're looking for a descendant of a European who lived 1000 years ago. Almost any European living in the approximate area will qualify.

There is no evidence that Peverel was an illegitimate child of King William, however probable. That said, again, do you have evidence that you are a direct descendant of this man, or are you merely just one of many, many people who shares him as a technical ancestor?

Here's one:

I'm related to Charles Martell, Charlemagne, William the Conqueror, Mary Queen of Scotts, very distantly Christopher Lee because the two of us are descendants of Charlemagne,and if I recall correctly William Henry Harrison who is most famous famous for having the shortest stint as president of the U.S.A. in history.

It's kind of weird having noble stock as relatives and being an anarchist at the same time, but I'm not going to change because of that. Though I would like to be addressed as lord at least once in my life.

My great-grandparents spent years assembling a detailed family tree (we've even got a centuries-old coat of arms). I believe it's either stored in New Zealand or with my great-grandmother in Australia. I need to find out.

Even if I'm not ol' Willy's descendant, I am certainly descended from Peverel. My last name is very similar to it; my family's surname has evolved over generations due to misspelling :L

So did you just want to discuss being descended from William or are you trying to find that particular nation for some reason? If the latter, there have been several genealogy threads in General in the past few months. You can do a search and see if the nation had posted in any of those threads.
