For one, you want to get out of the United Kingdom, so, you can't say that you want to get rid of our monarchy, and you want to be independent. YOu mean to tell me that, after centuries of oppression by the evil English, you want to oppress them by forcing them out of their monarchy, whilst you go about being an independent nation. Therefore, put up with our Monarchy, and speak from that angle, else whine about your Welsh independence elsewhere.

No, you can have a monarchy if you want, just don't make me share it.

You don't have to share it- just ferry over to the Republic of Ireland or to France, whilst the rest of Wales, you know, the bits that don't complain about having an advantageous relationship with the Rest of the UK, can stay.

Queen Elizabeth didn't buy it with her own money that she worked for. She doesn't have a right to inherit it.

So you'd support an 100% inheritance tax then?

You don't get to decide whether I'm Welsh, British, or both. I have a right to a nationality.

But you are legally British from the Welsh section of the country. You dont get a choice. You can claim (if you are a man) you are a woman all you want, you still arent.

As a Brit I have more of a problem with an unelected house of Lords than the royal family. On ideological grounds I want to remove the royal family, but on a practical basis I think we should just put a larger load of tax on them and cut all ceremonial powers from them; there only job then would be to go off to foreign countries as a diplomatic tool.
With the abolition of private property, then, we shall have true, beautiful, healthy Individualism. Nobody will waste his life in accumulating things, and the symbols for things. One will live. To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.

I do get to choose my nationality. That's my right. The law says I'm a British citizen, but that doesn't effect my right to a nationality.

But everyone loves the ceremonies. Also they pay the same tax as normal Brits, why should they be the only ones to pay more. Also house of lords is in some ways elected. It has experts in it opposed to crap politicians. For example Lord Alan Sugar

Ok ill make it simple

Your great grandfather buys a pocket watch. He dies but in his will leaves it to you.

You didnt pay for it, but you own it now. Change the pocket watch to house
