to better shoot a target? A target does' NOT have to equate to a living being and if it does in you mind, then you really shouldn't have access to firearms.

They still don't detract far from the gun's basic design and quite explicit purpose: a weapon.

Fun.

You view it as acceptable for murders like this to happen so that you can have fun playing war at a firing range?

This one, for instance.

You'll have to be more specific.

You can tell this pistol is specifically designed to make holes in paper because it has an LPA sight and a nil-griff grip.

It does not matter what you tell yourself, the purpose of target shooting is to make one a better shot with a killing machine. The original purpose of fencing and kendo, before swords were obsolete weapons, was to make one more proficient with a killing machine.

Or, you know, for fun.
The very same reason why some people practice fencing or kendo.

Because they believe the zombies are coming.
Crimes committed by Muslims will be a pan-Islamic plot and proof of Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of loners who do not represent their belief system at all.
The probability of one's participation in homosexual acts is directly proportional to one's public disdain and disgust for homosexuals.
If a political figure makes an accusation of wrongdoing without evidence, odds are probable that the accuser or an associate thereof has in fact committed the very same act, possibly to a worse degree.

Yep. There is no problem. Gun violence is not a huge issue in America. Keep your head in the sand and keep buying the propaganda the NRA feeds you.

20 kids were gunned down while at school. Are you seriously saying this is being blown out of proportion?

Fuck off. Trying to prevent the massacre of children after a massacre is called trying to prevent a fucking massacre.

What a childish view of things.

You know, Boths sides of the gun debate politicizing the deaths of 20 children is pretty godsdamn sickening.

Edit: And yes, even I am guilty.

And this people, is the bottom line!

I wonder how many of the "lets ban guns" crowd have any idea how relaxing a couple hours at the range is.

There's very few things that can lift my spirits and relax me like that.
Venicilian: wow. Jesus hung around with everyone. boys, girls, rich, poor(mostly), sick, healthy, etc. in fact, i bet he even went up to gay people and tried to heal them so they would be straight.
The Parkus Empire: Being serious on NSG is like wearing a suit to a nude beach.
New Kereptica: Since power is changed energy over time, an increase in power would mean, in this case, an increase in energy. As energy is equivalent to mass and the density of the government is static, the volume of the government must increase.

That's funny, because I haven't killed anyone, don't want to kill anyone, and never kill anyone.

No, I don't. I'm not a gun enthusiasts. I've shot a few times, but would hardly pretend to know all the makes or models or keep up with all the new toys. I'm unfamiliar with the product, and vague references are not very illuminating.

Or maybe that's just because of shotgun.

Do you view it is acceptable for people to die from diabetes just so you can eat refined sugar?
Do you view it is acceptable for people to die from alcohol fueled violence just so you can get a buzz?
Do you view it is acceptable for people to die from car accidents just so you can own a sports car designed to go faster than 120 kph?
Do you view it is acceptable for people to be bludgeoned to death with bats just so you can play cricket?
etc.

If we banned everything that is unnecessary and potentially harmful, life would suck big time.
