Nope, they aren't. 45% of the population is White British. The other half is composed of several different groups (Blacks, Asians and so on), which individually aren't more than the White population.

Anyways, London can take a lesson in multiculturalism from Toronto, where "whites", that is to say, non immigrant white people, are in the minority. The city hasn't imploded into ethic strife yet, so I have to assume we're doing something right.
