I don't know if that's what you are doing, but it is what you should be doing.

Terrorism.

All are in executive positions in the NPD.

I mean, they do run the risk of making the far right wing trendy by criminalizing it, but Hipster Nazis would be pretty funny.

Cant find any reference to National Democratic Party of Germany's involvement in NSU.

Got a link other than youtube?

So, member of NPD are committing crime: therefore should face force of the law. Still doesn't show NPD funded or organized those crimes. If member of a company commits a crime, we dont go and shut down the company.

Cworaliya wrote:As a german living in Berlin, i am in full support of this move. It's hard to estimate if the ban will be successfull, however. The first attempt to ban the NPD failed in 2003.
There must be strong reasons to completely ban a political party in Germany, like the SRP ("Sozialistische Reichspartei", unofficial successor to the NSDAP, banned in 1952 for obvious reasons) or the KPD ("Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands", left-wing extremist party, banned in 1956 for advocating a "dictatorship of the proletariat", which, if implemented, would have been in violation of the Grundgesetz)
The NPD is openly hostile towards foreigners, going as far as using violence against them. Many of their well-known representatives were formerly convicted for harming other people, agitating against foreigners, using the Hitlergruß ("Hitler-Salute" in English) or denying the crimes of the Nazi-regime. This has nothing to do with conservatism, like one user stated
In my opinion, it is high time that this party gets banned. It may not completely solve the problem, but at least my hard earned tax-money no longer goes into the pockets of some Neo-Nazi idiots

I'd say the people agreeing that taking away democratic rights from people they disagree with to be a far larger threat than a despised political party that presents no legitimate threat.

Alas, it's missing the details of the German version. Essentially the link with the NSU and the NPD lies with Ralf Wohlleben, a top NPD official in Thuringia, who got the NSU a gun, among other things, and the close links between the NPD, the Thüringischer Heimatschutz, and the NSU.Got a link other than youtube?
On what grounds do you dispute the veracity of the contents? So, member of NPD are committing crime: therefore should face force of the law. Still doesn't show NPD funded or organized those crimes. If member of a company commits a crime, we dont go and shut down the company.
It's not a party member. It's the party, in particular the people running it.

Still cant see anything about NDP itself funding or supporting it. People associated (and high in chain of command of party) do, sure but party hasn't. Yes, even read the German version of NSU.
We dont shut down company because CEO or people in board of directors of company committed a crime. We do so if company itself did.
