Therefore, no one is forcing it down their throats. The Americans voted for Obamacare (and his other polices, of course), which is basically step 1 out of 100 to reaching any from of distinct 'socialism'. If the Americans want it, of course.

Only he wouldn't work at a preexisting company, he would be an investor at a preexisting company. When you compare those two options, especially when you consider all the obstacles involved in making a new company, it seems clear that he wouldn't. We need executive compensation just to encourage rich people to take risks for us.

Rich people are already obscenely, grotesquely overcompensated for whatever meager services they provide instead of the workers whose labour they actually make their profits off of.

But if the president didn't create the company, then the worker would have no money at all.

If you are referencing other "communist" countries, they aren't communist. The closest thing to communism is the USSR under Lenin.

Well most people only self-perfect to get financial rewards. Without a reward the will becomes smaller. Sure, there will still be some people who are curious who have theories they want to prove, but such a society is neither healthy or natural.

To be honest, I'd be tempted to say that 'most Americans' (like most of everyone else) do what they are told to do, and think what they are told to think. So you have people raging against government intrusion in their medicare, because that's the party line - without stopping to think about what they are fighting for.

If you can work 5 hours at a job that requires little amount of work and work hard to get a job where you will work 8 hours a day and get the same pay, whats the point?

Well that certainly is a convenient opinion if your goal is to bypass the will of the people and implement what you want anyway.

Are you under the impression that's the real dichotomy? Because - in reality, of course - it tends to be the people that put in the hours of hard work, that make little money - and the people who find some cushy niche tend to be the ones rolling in the clover.
