God-modding?

So here's something I just find completely ridiculous. Two people, who will remain unnamed out of the minuscule amount of respect I have left for them, have accused me of God-Modding, even though I am a very fair, even-handed RPer. I let one of those fools mentioned above win when I could have just crushed him earlier on in our RP. Not to mention to get back at me for kicking him out of my country, he claims to have stolen ALL my resources over the course of 15 years when such operation were never once mentioned beforehand. Then, when my forces approached the Royal Palace to kill him, he pulls an escape submarine out of his ass when the Palace is nowhere near close enough for a tunnel to the sea to be built in 15 years without people noticing.

He calls me in on an invasion of his country, which I shut down several times due to several factors (Including the fact that his OOC bitching elsewhere put me out of the mood), then destroys my fleet in one move and claims all events that transpired are Canon.

So I ask you, Nation States; who is the real God-Modder here?

Without hearing both sides or bothering to read the actually posted RP, it's hard to say, but I'm pretty sure godmodding is not allowed in International Incidents? If you feel you're slighted, take this to Moderation?

EDIT: If you bring an issue to an "impartial jury" (again, NSG is not the place to go if that's what you wanted), you can't expect them to decide without hearing both sides.

No, this actually happened long ago and I've already redacted most of my posts in the threads to clarify that I don't consider said events Canon. Anyway; if the nameless person finds this thread, and he knows who he is, then he can feel free to post his side of the story here. Of course, I would expect his post to be more biased, but then again I wouldn't expect anything more out of the likes of him.

Besides; it's not like the Mods can or will do anything about this. It's far too late to bring this to their attention and the nameless player and I are already ignoring each other thanks to his childish foolishness in not seeking a peaceful compromise. I just want the satisfaction of victory in knowing that I am in the right whereas he is humiliated publicly.

This is not the case, sir or madame. The nameless player claims I lost and that I'm a god-modder, even though he did his fair share of god-modding before the thread series died. I merely wish to bring this to everyone's attention and clarify that I am NOT underhanded or a god-modder.

General was not the smartest place to put this up.

At any rate, if such things already tick you off to an extent that you'd dedicate an entire thread to your personal issues with other role players (thus demonstrating your inability to work out your own problems with other people) , then you probably don't have the emotional stability (or maturity) to be role playing in the first place.

Also, rumors abound that nowadays labeling named users as bad roleplayers is in itself an offense.

I would ask you not to make that judgement until you've actually Role-Played with me, sir or madame. I thank you for not meaning this in an insulting manner, however. I would have loved to work this out with the nameless player, but as I mentioned earlier; he took the childish method and kept responding with Do. Not. Telegram me. Again.

But yes, Saint Alexander, if you'd like to TG me or one of my fellow mentors a link to the thread in question, we'd be happy to look it over and discuss what or what wasn't 'godmodding'. But just fyi, it is generally a bad idea to bring RP-side stuff into general.

Wait... seriously? What if the RP rules in the OP state no godmodding, and someone breaks it and won't listen when the OP tells him to stop it and follow the rules. Thats not actionable?
