I'd love to live near mountains. Currently I occupy very un-mountainous Connecticut, and similarly grew up on the plains of North Carolina, but I've always enjoyed visiting and climbing mountains and have been attempting to find a major city -- preferably in an English-speaking country -- that I can move to that has both an active new music scene and lots of mountains nearby (the two things I require from an ideal residence).
One of many Czardas puppets. I regarded this as my main account upon creating it and for several years thereafter, but these days, that's no longer important.

It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Death does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Smoggy orange-red iridescent sunsets in a plane-trail sky over the London skyline.

I used to have those every day from a 5th-floor flat with a balcony, but then I moved :(

Picture taken by ex, missed the part of the sky where you can see the millenium wheel, the gherkin and Canary wharf - but captured the colours.

That feeling when you consider that you exist and perceive things and are an individual.

Now I live in London, and so the humble pigeon I have watched for many, many years and I have always wonderd when there breeding season is? It seems that they are always engainge in the old matting dance anytime of the year.

The think that happened to me yesterdy though took be very much by supprise. I was out after lunch watching the pigeons when it suddenly occoured to me how beautiful they are, I wonder why I have never seen it before?

What has made you go ummmm? Latley?

pigeons breed when food is abundant which in cities is all the time and so city Pigeons don't have seasons and breed multiple times during the year :(

I tend to go umm when I am in a wilderness area and come across an unnecessary carpark, power pole or some other concrete edifice that makes me wonder "what stupid engineer decided it would be awesome to build that in the middle of pristine wilderness?"
