It depends on what one considers successful integration to be.

If you are one of those that think a Sikh isn't integrating because he hasn't done away with his turban, shaved his beard and would rather eat Saag and Makhi di Roti than bangers and mash even if he works as well as any white Englishman, pays his taxes, votes and respects his adopted homeland you might be a bit racist. Depending on how much of a jerk one was it might also mean you're a bit evil.

And immigrants are subject to the same laws as everyone else. If they stick to views incompatible like "honor killings" and they act on them they go to jail for a long time. Burqa are harder to deal with as they are a private thing that can be enforced behind closed doors, but strictly speaking people are free to wear what they want. I, a white Atheist could wear a burqa if I wanted. However if the law discovered some man was locking his wife up unless she agreed to wear a burqa there would be consequences. Of course that is generally first gen, it is far less common to see a second or third gen still wearing a burqa (and considering burqas aren't even a majority clothing item in the Muslim world). Certianly in Australia there can be marked difference between the generations - the granddaughter in jeans and a head scarf, the grandmother in a burqa, the middle girl somewhere between the two.

Can't say I have seen a lot of people saying they should be replaced. I have seen people not getting all hysterical about the idea culture/tradition and ethnicity evolves over time and the idea that one day we might all be beige or coffee colored isn't so terrible because skin color doesn't mean much at all.

Britain belongs to the citizens of Britain, regardless of their ethnicity. If we want to go with the "well my particular blood line has been here first" line of thought than a great many white citizens in England today are no more natives than current immigrants, they just happen to have invaded/immigrated there ealier. The Romans, Saxons etc.. And whites and Spanish descendants in the Americas should show much more deference to the native populations, Australia and New Zealand should give half their country to their Aboriginals etc.
