If it was up to me I wouldn't even bother with a statute of limitations over a next of kin's right regarding a body. I'd just say let them either sue for psychological trauma or financial loss (if they were using the bones to prop up a shelf for example).Izandai wrote:Great Yorkshire wrote:No one. 1. We aren't ancient egyptians.
2. You are correct. And thus I could be brought to court on property charges (i.e. the use of property belonging to someone else (the next-of-kin of the deceased) without permission), but what I did isn't "just wrong." It's just illegal.
