Taft had no accomplishments, didn't even want the presidency. He golfed, took naps and ate. Basically he was the most useless President, abusing his position by stagnating the country.

Eh, stagnation is still slightly better than actively destroying the economy like Coolidge did.

I'd say Clinton, Bush, and Obama put together. Clinton put troops in the Middle East, that caused their hostility. Bush started the war and helped full and fiscal down fall. Obama continued the war and has put troops in more countries and has continued to fuel the fiscal downfall. I blame them, the republicans, democrats, and the entire Federal Government in all.
