He was dedicated moe with the affairs than to his presidency and while he was doing that J. Edhar Hoover was the person who solved all problems. He also would never become president if there wasnt his paps who had lobbies.

Since jfk Hoover was the de facto leader of america and all his success of the later presidents we have thank to him.

Hoover, no contest. He's the worst president we've ever had and is responsible for the great depression reaching the depths that it did. His domestic policy was despicable, his foreign policy lackluster, and he was just an all-around poor statesman.

I feel like all the votes for Bush are only there because we remember him most clearly. He barely makes it in to my bottom 10.
