Being from Florida and seeing that the US Government has done poorly since 2001 (you know what I am talkin about), I would join Florida and try to reform the Confederate States of America again, but this time without slaves and a better government. I would also take Kentucky and Oklahoma.

Although I very much like my home state of Texas I fell that it would be my civic duty to put my country before my state so Union.But really I just don't care for Texas secessionist or levying war just because your party didn't win an election.

No man should be forced to live with laws he does not beleive in. If a seccessionist movement developed, I would get siome guns and go help the freedom fighters. If they dont want to live in this country any more, and if its the majority in an area, they have the right to govern themselves. (moral right not legal. I dont want to get in ANOTHER argument of legal versus natural rights)

Ive heard that argument before.... and conditionally, yes. The condition being that it is on their property and that they declare themselves their own nation. If it occurs on their property and they declare themselves their own nation, and in that nation it is legal, then yes yes it is.
