How old are you? You do realize that the EPA isn't a company right? The head of the EPA doesn't get to keep all the money that comes in.

How did you get that from what I posted? The EPA is a Federal agency with absolutely no direct accountability to the American people as it's head is appointed, not elected. With the amount of money that goes down blackholes due to corruption and other factors in Federal Agencies, I, you, anyone could be a very rich man.

Growing up in Northern California near where all the water comes from, I too would like it if Southern California would conserve water...which, to be fair, in recent years they've at times been even better than we have about it.

But, it is as always a bone of contention between the two halves of the state. I have a bartender friend who worked at a hotel, almost kicked a socal asshole out because he said, "We just want you to give us the water and shut the fuck up."

If the story is completely true in all of the statements it makes, then I do suggest we should all be very scared because of the precedents this puts into motion.

Although the OP had me going until I looked back up the top and noticed the "source".

Ironically, they complain about the government engaging in "fearmongering paranoia," when they're always spreading fear about how "the elite" are conspiring to kill/enslave us all.
