Something CAN come from nothing.
Not only that, if you have a total vacuum
something MUST come from nothing.
Please take your religious misinformation elsewhere

Vacuums have energy...

Not total vacuums
And, the math explains why in a total vacuum energy would come about to turn it into a regular vacuum anyway (eventually), and eventually into a non-vacuum

There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.

Are you talking about QED vacuums or not? Make up your mind. In Quantum Field theory, a vacuum is the sate with the lowest possible amount of energy. They still contain energy.

QED vacuum has interesting and complex properties. In QED vacuum, the electric and magnetic fields have zero average values, but their variances are not zero.[18] As a result, QED vacuum contains vacuum fluctuations (virtual particles that hop into and out of existence), and a finite energy called vacuum energy. Vacuum fluctuations are an essential and ubiquitous part of quantum field theory. Some experimentally verified effects of vacuum fluctuations include spontaneous emission, the Casimir effect and the Lamb shift.[19] Coulomb's law and the electric potential in vacuum near an electric charge are modified.[20]

Yes, we do. I'll be taking bio next year. I haven't even had science yet this year. Last year (Grade 9) we did a two-week unit on genetics. I already knew everything that we were taught.
So, yeah, we sort of do expect you to know what evolution is.
