Congratulations on failing to distinguish that in context I meant a physical force administered by a human. It's almost like you're misinterpreting on purpose.

Bud, I'm studying Business Law at this time, your stated context is the ONLY context we can take at this time. We can not muse about the underlying features of this or that. Court / Debate demands plain statements or terms to be spoken only, and recieved as such. Define your version of "a beating" to the absolute finite detail if you want me too not nit pick it apart.

Zaras, there's a difference between a shitty argument and an argument you don't agree with. Usually if it's the latter then it's natural that it would seem like a shitty argument to you. Nonetheless, this was a great debate, thank you.

No, and corporal punishment isn't going to magically imprint on them that kind of ability. If anything it risks delaying it by replacing it with the ability to avoid punishments instead of actually knowing why some behaviours should be avoided in the first place.

Also the few i have seen they were actually beatin as in punched and made to bleed, not a spanking.

I'm against parents actually causing damage to their kids I'm just not against spanking. I'm against people ridiculously comparing the two and saying there the same thing.
