Kk, cause my grandmother flew down to Louisiana just yesterday I believe, and I wanted to know if this will affect Louisiana.... I didn't think it would affect it that much, if at all, just had to know.

Not weatherwise, but flying has to be interesting. All the airports north of the Carolinas are closed and over 10,000 flights were cancelled. Equipment must be backing up all over the Midwest and South.

I think the trains stopped too.

It's interesting to look back at the first pages and see people who were unconcerned with the storm, and now see images on CNN and the Weather Channel with streets submerging some streets with a few feet of water. Hindsight is 20/20 I suppose.

Yeah. This storm is the biggest in a long time. And the rainfall is enormous. The reporter called it a frankenstorm.

Not necessarily, if taken by itself, but it certainly does help raise some suspicion when viewed in light of everything else.
