Hurricane Sandy Incoming!

You know, its good that the Northeast gets a taste of a hurricane. It already hit here in Florida, not all that bad though. I only saw one downed tree, minimal power loss. This might interfere with the election though, especially if there's extensive power loss in New England. Which, there probably will be.

Already is. Pretty sure I'm the only house in my neighborhood that has power.

As it is, in southeast PA the wind and rain is definitely intensifying. Local flooding underway for a couple hours. We just lost a big branch from a dying tree in the backyard.

My initial reaction was, "Sweet. Firewood."

he called the mayor and idiot (different words). no resue attempt from the mainland expected till tomorrow day break.

we have some really large trees down, but still have power.

Things are wet and windy here, but I have yet to see flooding or downed trees. I have the blinds next to my desk open so I can watch the storm.

Still got power, but the lights are constantly flickering. It's like an epileptic's nightmare up in here.

Anyways, a huge tree branch fell in the backyard. Guess who has to help move it. And it's super windy so it sort of has a Halloweeny feel to it.
