No, it does not. They use Christianity as an excuse, but Christianity does not "give" it to them.

I'd say that the promise of a heaven to go to and a God who will reward you is incentive to lay down your life.

Unorthodox mostly in the sense that in my community it is strange to be a Christian who believes evolution to be scientifically valid, and gay marriage isn't a sin.

I'd fit in broadstrokes with most tolerant Christians, though I am in no way liberal about my faith.

It Basiclly just the regular Orthodox church but the branch was started by the first archbishop saint Sava.

Believing in evolution is not unorthodox. I believe in evolution and creationism.

There's also theistic evolution.
