And now, let's get back on track, people.
Just to know, do you think that condoms should be personally handed out to students by Sex Ed teachers/school nurses, or that there should be a condom vending machine in some private place, like the bathroom?

Since in the US everyone is cool with pouring billions in the F-35, but not lesser prices for condoms since they are immoral.

F-35's are a necessary purchase; F-15's and F-16's are getting outdated and the US needs a new, flexible fighter aircraft. People can buy the condoms themselves, but they can't buy F-35's.

Here I thought teenagers would jump at the chance to go to the drug store and buy a pack of condoms so they can revel in the congratulatory remarks and attention coming from all their friends.

Buying condoms if one of the very last things teenagers should be embarrassed about. Things like wearing clothes from last-season or not having the latest Iphone are way more embarrassing.

Handed out. To ensure everyone has one. Vending machines rely on the kids actually going to get one, and they are irresponsible.

Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.

Except that the F-35s are less fast, agile and versatile than F-22s. Since they focused on like, better radars and stealth, and forgot they were supposed to build a fighter, not an AWACS system.
But back on topic.

No, I'm also against military spending for the same ethical reason. If we make powerful weapons, we will just be tempted to use them.

Unfortunately, it seems every candidate running is pro-war nowadays.

If we're being somewhat unrealistic, i'd say make an order-by-quantity website, and get a package in the mail (sealed, of course). Privacy and lifetime supply of condoms, anyone?

They need to be placed where they cannot be contaminated, tampered with, or destroyed before use. In the school clinic, in a bowl, where anyone can walk in and take one/two/handful, but not have five minutes to pour boiling piss on them.

I'd say in regards to U.S. schools, nurses and counselors should distribute. On my college campus the student health center distributes so it's similar but on a smaller scale. That said I will remind people that it's not uncommon to have students enter college at the age of 17, for the people who want to impose an age limit.

No, schools should not distribute contraceptives.

F-22 is an epic clusterfuck; you can't even fly it if it rains. F-22's stealth coating only works in certain situation, the plane itself costs a ton and is expensive and difficult to maintain. It's also an air superiority fighter; Taliban does not have an air force so it's kind of useless at the moment. At least F-35's can function as a ground attack aircraft as well.

Oh right, condoms. We were supposed to talk about condoms :p
