This is the kinda thing that can get locked after the debate is over however. Maybe 4 years have changed the view but typically each debate got it's own thread...

Eh, I'm sort of halfway-watching as I'm here on the computer. Just Romney raving about coal, Obama talking about the middle class, Romney denying that he'll lower taxes on the rich (which he probably will), Obama calling in numbers that neither one of them can comprehend...

The above might suggest that I'm against both. Well, I'm really going for Obama. Here's to four more!

I'm sure that there's a discussion going in the megathread regarding the debate, certainly in the larger context of the overall election. But given the volume of conversation the debates are likely to generate, methinks it would be prudent to give the debates their own thread for the time being. That said, I'll leave this one open for that purpose, to later be locked or merged into the main 3-ring circus. ;)
