I haven't seen the girl from school for a week because it's school holidays. I really don't know what to do.
No, you're in like with them. You're a kid. You've got a lot of growing and maturing to do, so have fun while you're doing it. Simple answer - ask one out. See how it goes. You may very well be fretting over nothing. One might not be keen on the idea. Hell, neither one might. You've known one only a few days? Yeesh. Not enough time to luuuuuurve someone to the point of distraction the way you seem to be making it out to be.
As others have said - first step is to go up and ask one out. Then you take it from there. One date does not a relationship make, no reason you can't take each of them out and see how things go for that one evening. Not much of a real decision to make until you've got more info to work with.
I swear. Some men tend to make the simplest things more difficult than they really need be.

hes a kid, not a man. Give him a break, hes got a lot of life to lead yet before he figures this stuff out.
Anyway, I mostly agree with what she said. You can't be in love with someone you've only known a few days (imo, it takes months at least to get to know someone well enough to say you love them). Ask them out, don't make it seem like a big deal, because really it isn't. If you make it seem like a big deal, shes more likely to turn you down, because you're putting pressure on her over nothing. And you're also putting pressure on yourself, realize that this girl is probably nothing special, she may seem nice now, but she might also be a bitch. Also, don't worry about the other girl, she won't be upset by you going out with someone else, and you won't really lose a chance at her if things don't work out with one of them. As of right now, you have two choices as far as girls go, so choose one, cause you don't have anything right now but options.

Girl A- you've known for 2 years....

both of them are "hot" and you "want" them.
You should ask out girl A and she'll say she just wants to be friends/doesn't want to ruin the friendship.
You should then use that rejection to ask out girl B who will tell you that she doesn't know you very well and wants to get to know you better.
You should take that rejection and go home and do what you've already been doing which is masturbating and thinking about them.

I've almost never asked a girl out in a situation like yours, so I'll be honest and say I haven't had too much experience in this particular field, but I suggest that maybe you should find out somehow. If they're dating, and they say no, then it's obvious the answer why.
