Hmmm.... What about Great Britain or Japan? From what I learned in history, Great Britain's Royal Navy was the best in the world, they defeated Germany and France twice. And Japan's Navy defeated China and Russia multiple times, the Japanese were also able to hold Korea and the Diaouy Islands for years.

the russian navy is a dream

the US Navy can use no more then 3 Nimitz Class Carriers and a couple ballistic missile subs along with some Ticonderoga missile crusiers and sink the entire russian fleet easy as pie.
