Which has nothing to do with the topic of the thread.

As much as I hate to admit it, that's not the strongest message Obama could use. It just perpetuates the meme that he has no plan, and will just do what others think.

Obama's never really done a great job of explaining to voters what he's done and what he plans on doing. Sure, I've heard his advisers and other people tell us for him, from the man himself, not really.

He talks plenty, but there's not much to say. Every time he lays out any policy proposal, his opponent just jumps in and says "Oh, I'll do that too!"
That said, he really shouldn't have to talk. As someone who follows things, I have a pretty good idea of what the president has been doing. He's basically done away with the worst of no child left behind, allowed a lot more tax credits and breaks for hiring in the USA, and is proposing to try to revert at least some of our shitty policies enacted in the 8 years before he took office to what they were when America was doing much better than it has since then. There's not a lot to say, since anyone who has half a brain knows what position we're in.

You're relying on the concept of a public who receives information from sources that do not have bias. That's really not where we're at.

That's not really fair. He has a Five Point Plan. It's just the same shit Republicans have been pushing for years.
