One of the things I have noticed on the NS forums is that anti-americanism seems to be very rampant. I have seen a lot of posters post things like "I hate America" and "Americans are crazy". And in addition to that I saw a poll on a thread about what people think the worst thing about America is and most people selected the option that the problem is the Americans. I don't understand why there is all of this America bashing here. The United States is the greatest country there is.

Why world hates Americans? Hmm, let me think. Oh, I got it! You keep starting wars for any reason, all around the world, and keep building bases around the world. You make histories, of how bad people are, and invade their countries in the name of "American Freedom", or becaue.. only Americans can know it.

Most other free nations based their constitutions off ours, if it wasn't for us then it is very likely that most or all of Europe and Asia would be under the control of Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, and Imperial Japan.

Thank you very much for your effort and support in WW2, but as you might forget.. you didnt help as much, as you think you did. Look at the west of europe, the countries that got occupied (freed) by Russia. To this day, they are shithole! Can you imagine the poverty there? Living for a 200$ a month, bit less, or more, depending which country you are in. Thank you very much for your help, if not Americans, "god" knows what might happen, but luckily Russians came and started to murder (some cases where worse than what Germans did), they started to change history, erasing many parts of it, that would make Russia look bad. They also rewrote the history, to make Russia look like heroes, freeing these unlucky countries from Germans. You did great job. Just like the UK, France, that instead of joining the war right away, were waiting what will happen, and even refused (!) to sent help, such basic things as supply drop. They had meetings with Hitler, and Stalin, and you know what? They decided what to do. Noone invited other countries there, noone asked them, do they want to be under Hitler rule, or Stalin. They were betrayed!

For example in Poland.. it ended in 1987, that is the result of your help American citizen.

After that, other countries were taking example from Poland, and ZSRR colapsed.

It was American humanitarian aid that helped put Europe back on it's feet after the war.

We are also the ones that thwarted North Koreas attempt to conquer South Korea. We are the ones who led the free world to victory in the Cold War.

Cold War never happened, it is just a name. You know why Cold War is called Cold War? Because noone did a single step, but everyone keep waiting. Just like in the winter, everyone feels cold, is frozen, and barely moves.

When it comes to giving aid to other countries in need it is America that is the most generous. We give several times more humanitarian aid and money to poor nations than any other country.

Especially to Israel. There is not a single country in the world, that would Jews so much cash.. for unknows reason to me. If you noticed Jews think they can do everything. Thats why they sue everyone, and expect to be paid millions, for.. being a Jew. Just because Germans did so many things to them, doesnt mean they have right to do what they want. Many other nations and people were hurt, but they dont sue everyone.

We have the third largest population, third largest land area, largest economy, and the most powerful military. I admit that America does have it's flaws but as President William Clinton said "there is nothing wrong in America that can't be fixed with what is right in America". Every country has it's flaws and home countries of these anti-americans atre surely no exception. So tell me this. Why is anti-americanism so rampant here?

You have large population, because of all these Mexicans and other foreigners who go to USA, trying to live "American Dream". Then they are stuck, because mostly poor people go there. Reality is far different from the movies.

Land area means nothing, if its land of no use. You have deserts, mountains.. who cares. Russia have them too, and they dont show off.

The thing wrong with America is, that they want other countries to be like America. Saying that black people are equal, and gays should be allowed to mary each other + a lot of other stupid things.

Post-Soviet Germany, I'll buy-- to an extent; the rest? No. Russia exists today because Gorbachev set the stage for the demise of the USSR; Britan, Italy, and France all existed before the war, and would all exist now with or without the Marshall Plan (although that did help their economies recover); Norway? I think one of the things that annoys me the most on NationStates is people who feel they win first place prizes by insulting others.
