Pretty simple question.

Personally off the top of my head it has to be something akin to National Bolshevism.
Whilst the ideology itself does not appear to have any consitency whatsoever, it seems to generally be a blanket term for people who like the extreme xenophobia and racial policies of Hitler whilst promoting the economic and totalitarian ideals of Joseph Stalin.

What is to you the most terrifying ideology?

Anything right wing or authoritarian left wing.

Anarchism

Anything left wing or authoritarian right wing.

Transhumanism.

Nazism and associated ideas
Extreme misogynist/homophobic theocracy (Taliban-style Islamism, Christian Reconstructionism)

Communism

National Socialism. It combines the worst left-wing and right-wing ideas into a horrifying ethos of hatred and state-sanctioned violence against minorities.

Objectivism.

Authoritarian, Far Right, Anarchic.

Anything both statist and racist.

Tea Party right. Extreme, but still holds actual influence in some countries (unlike fascism).

Communism

Extreme Communism, Corrupt Capitalist State(Democratic or not), Dictatorship of any kind, Absolute Monarchy, Lawless State, Conservative State, Racist State, etc.

Anything authoritarian in general.

And while not necessarily scaring me, I don't get the appeal of right-wing conservatism either. (Too much of it just seems to boil down to selfishness. I guess it could also creep me out if it's expressed in an extremist way.)

Basically, on the political compass, anything in any way above that line separating "authoritarian" from "libertarian" scares me, and the closer to the top the more terrifying and worse it is.

Anything Left, Fascism, Extreme religious ideologies, Anti-Semetism and anti-any religion, Racism, Sexist Ideologies

Of course, the most terrifying modern one for me is likely Juche.

Liberal Democracy
Constitutional Monarchy
ETC.

National Socialism as well as extreme forms of communism.

Tea Party Conservatism. Nazism and Stalinism are probably worse (alright, not really), but at least they're discredited ideologies.

Ideologies don't scare me, people do.

So the one that has the most aggressive, large and stupid members.
