Defining a political group is a pretty hard thing to do, as there are different factions of just about every group out there. I tend to define feminism as the radical "equality seekers" whose ideas of equality really mean destroying efficiency in the workplace and further displacing the man in the household. That's the most vocal aspect of it, at least.

Don't pull that shit with me, either. 50/50 work force is an atrocious idea. If there is a work place of 40 jobs and 40 men will be the best, then it should be 40 men. If it is 40 women, then it should be 40 women. Forcing a 50/50 would be one of the worst policies forcing acceptance of "minorities" since the Rooney Rule.
