Atheism doesn't have principles and isn't a religion. Capital letters can't change that. It's the lack of belief in God, and nothing else. Also, many fascists and some communists are theists.

Sorry to nitpick, but I think you mean it was backed up by scientism, aka appeals to pseudoscience. The distinction is subtle, but significant. Science itself--actual science--was in no real demand under the Nazi Party, which valued loyalty, obedience and racial appearance above all else, even in scientific fields.

Objectivism by far. Single worst ideology ever to come into existence and the people that adhere to it have no idea how disastrous it would be when people live in it. Neoconservatism is a terrifying ideology because of its imperialist supercapitalist outlook on stuff and because it is such a prominent force. Neoliberalism is bad because of mass-scale privatization and a social survival of the fittest-like economic system where everyone just fetches for themselves and those who can't just starve because nobody else cares about them.
