I opened both up on my computer. The Liberal theme's blue (at least on my computer) is much lighter than in the picture.

2) Actually it took about 30 seconds. Yohannes' tanks are posted with a yohannessetyoutwomo photobucket account, while his entries for this thread are under a cearabickertonblahblahblah account with three pictures of this girl. From there it was a simple matter.
