Actually, not particularly. Genderqueer would be best for any non-male/non-female category, as putting somebody who is MtF or FtM into a category they don't necessarily identify with (while they would be transgendered, MtFs would be upset at not being in the female category, and FtMs would feel upset at not being in the male category) is, quite simply, a dick move.
