Well, if one does come about it will probably be a union of unions, as some one said earlier in the thread, the voting blocs would be continents, I for see a very large democratic deficit if this does come to pass similar to what we see in the modern EU the fact is such projects can only work if they for a large part ignore the counter productive nationalism which plagues modern nation states, also the shear task of seeking election in front of billions of people would be mind boggling you would literally have to campaign 24 hours of the day to ensure everyone at least "saw" you never mind about pressing the flesh or kissing babies, no one would know who these people were so it would comedown to those in the know making a decision or possibly the leaders of the administrative regions themselves would have an election for the leader, which would come down to lots of horse trading and political favors rather than looking out for what was best for their regions.

In my view the goverment would create a large police force. The ruler would be a absolute monarchy who rules with a iron fist. Oppressing anyone who steps out of line. He would fix the world problems like oil by increasing the rate at what we pump.

I prefer ethical mixer rather than a set culture, I believe that a modern untied earth would be very linear in its cultural structure and people would lose their roots over time.

I didn't say the monarchy had to be German. I was merely saying that I'd be happy if the system was based on a federal system LIKE that of the German Empire. It achieved nothing in its brief existence except for uniting the the majority of the German speaking Kingdoms and making them a world power. If anything I would want the monarchy to be Scandinavian. I didn't want an argument I was merely stating my opinion.
