Can you guys like appeal to the moderators to unban the swastika on nationstates?

umm...I doubt most if any of us here would do or even consider doing something like that. Now like it's said in the guidelines and such give them an article or some piece of evidence that says something along the lines of people not thinking of mass murder and hate and such (non-biased) at seeing the flag and perhaps they'll consider changing it.

Because you think of hate and genocide when you see some symbol, it doesn't mean you should ban it. that's not an argument. When some people think of islam, they think of cutting off clitorises, stoning adulterers, and pedophilia. That doesn't mean they have the right to ban writing the word "caliphate" in your nation's Classification. It's thought crime, plain and simple. If you ban an image that displays a concept, you're banning an idea, and that is thought crime. Ideas don't hurt anyone. Like I can say right now "we should drown all furries" and nothing bad happens to furries. I can say I believe in that and I desire, but it's not going to happen unless someone does it.

And look at you. You've got a hammer and sickle on your flag. That's a symbol of communism. when people think of communism, they think of mao's famine and the holodomor. Should they ban the hammer and sickle because those happened? If you deny them, do they have the right to put you in jail for upholding those ideas?

And by the way, the nazi party was banned in 1911. Banning them didn't stop their rise to power.

I'm wholly in support of free speech but this issue is somewhat more complicated than most realize. Additionally, this is a private website used by people from a variety of countries.

If you went through a sham reform conversion or a lax conservative one you may have to convert..... or one rabbi doesn't hold like the other rabbi

That, or you just can't prove you're actually Jewish. This is a big problem in Israel.

My previous girlfriend (And Specialized Friend) was Jewish, and I had to go visit her family because i'm a moron and I could not find a reason to not go until I was there.

Her parents are assholes, and because I was not Jewish, (At the time I was a Satanist) they treated me like shit and made jokes about me. I decided to be nice in return and asked if they needed help. They told me it was Sukkot, so I could go build the Sukkah.

I was like "What is that?", turns out it was like a house. They gave me some old blueprints, and I set to work. By the time I was done, they already ate the food, and for the whole day I was building a big old sukkah, and I found out later it did not have to be that big at all. Let me tell you, it was really big.

On all the other nights ( of Sukkos) you're still supposed to eat in the sukkah..... potentially not the last day though.
