Sarcasm is a very flattering and modest trait. As a percentage of GDP healthcare spending has shrunk, but that means nothing. It's essential like saying "Apples cost twice as much now, but it shrunk as a portion of my total budget since I spend more! Oh, and I'm 100 grand in the hole". Nominal spending on healthcare in the UK, though, is on the raise. It's a signal that there is shortage in supply, if my hunch is right, and it is.

That is self correcting. Of course in the modern world it is rather unlikely any culture is going to become extinct - evolving into a new culture is much more likely. If Western nations increase immigration due to falling birth rates than the immigrant culture and the present culture will intermingle to a degree - assimilation, adaption, absorption - change. Perfectly natural.

You make it sound a bit like if something isn't done fast the media of the US or something will be able to have an interview with the last living specimen of true American (or whatever) in 100 years time. It doesn't work like that.

This may prove to be provocative, but I believe quite simply, that white people are at risk of becoming extinct. I have noticed that the rest of the world is much less racially diverse with the sole exception of traditionally Caucasian nations. I do not want that to happen. I do not want to prevent all interracial mixing, but at the same time I do not want mixed races to completely replace original ethnic groups. I would have the same concerns if black people were gradually aging and declining due to low birth rates. I consider excessive foreign immigration to be a form of ethnic cleansing.
