I don't. because during the kiss-in. then many employees violated the company's policy. and if it's in the company policy, then cathy's viewpoint shouldn't be a surprise since it would've been published in the company records and filed with the government when they applied for business licensing...

As usual, your side totally misrepresents the story. City Council has PERMITTED the Chick-Fil-A, overturning a planning commission ruling that would have halted it (on grounds of too many idling cars in the drive-thru smogging up the neighborhood, nothing to do with the current controversy). However, the nearby college is full of students who intend to protest and urge boycotts.

except, I'm not talking about what the company does, but what is stated in their policies. you have state governments demanding they post policies, I demand that all other businesses show that they have such anti-discrimination policies in their employee handbooks and posted in their places of business. why does only Chik Fil-a have to do such a thing? surely Chik Fil-A isn't the Only company funding anti-gay activities/groups.

That sizable dip in their approval rating is not just "a few homosexuals". Believe it or not, some of us have family, and even friends, who care about what happens to us, and don't like to see a company devoting millions to doing us hurt, or staging a day for people to come out and show how much they hate us.

2. Personally, I say we ought to get religion out of marriage, which (for better or worse) is a civil contract. And marriage benefits are important - when two people live together and tend to spend money as a unit much more often, they ought to be treated differently than two single people for purposes of things like taxes.
