I just re-read Parth vs Asian Whorehouses inc, and there would seem to be a loophole. If Katganistan doesn't pay you the precedent doesn't apply and she does indeed become responsible for denying life to your unconceived child (though only if it is a boy if you are in China at the time). So if you are willing to forego your usual fee you do indeed have a case.
