The only honest to goodness actual archaeologist currently participating in NationStates thinks it's bollocks.

Let me go and ask some of the ancient history colleagues I share this department with...

Rest assured that they think it's bollocks too.

Let me e-mail my friend who's actually worked in the Valley of the Kings...

She thinks it's bollocks too.

General consensus in the academic community would therefore seem to be firmly on the side of this being bollocks.

Happy to be of service.

Since you're on the horn to the archaeological community, maybe mention that testicles the world over resent the comparison. :P

Ermmm, *cough, cough*, bullshit, erghm. I can't say what made people believe this kind of thing, I dunno, parental abuse? I never will and never have considered "alien" centered beliefs to be actual religion. Go figure.

You can't possibly believe that this is true. You do know that all the planets are constantly moving, right? You can't align a building with the planets.

Simple. They actually did have the tools. Duh.

Dunno how to post pictures but I will link them.

Put [img] tags around the link. Like this:

What I meant about the planets is that the astronomy areas only studied the planets when they came back around.

The fuck does that mean?

The distance between the stars is greater than the diameter of our planet, it is physically impossible for the pyramids to be arranged directly underneath the stars if that's what he's saying. I right now have my laptop perfectly in line with the sun since there are only two points it's physically impossible for them not to be in line.

IF you look at just about every religion the Gods came back around the same time. Which isn`t that odd. They all have a major flood. <Many can acurately predict things. WHY?

Wow they look EXACTLY like their wearing the spacesuits that we have never seen. If I wear a hat would you think it was an alien spacesuit too?

Nothing about that looks like a space suit.

Dude's obviously got some kind of big cat pelt on his head, not a space suit.

That's a skirt, not a space suit.

Did you ever actually look at these gods yourself, or did someone just tell you that they were wearing space gear and you believed it?
