As you say, the unborn bay (fetus, or whatever you want to call it) is made up a cluster of these cells. Because these cells are alive, the unborn baby itself is alive.

True, but cancerous cells actually harm people, so they must be destroyed. As far as I know an unborn baby does not contain cancerous cells if there is no issues with the mother (ie. no disease, mental illness, not affected by radiation, etc.)
