Amazing, Chinshalno, the Kazakhstan female weightlifter, broke her own record and the previous world record for a clean and jerk weight lift in the 53kg category. She lifted 131kg!

I know. However, I was expecting great things from her. Much like that of Hiromi Miyake and Wang Mingjuan who performed in the female 48kg weightlifting yesterday.
