I'm mostly Slavic. My Mother is British, and on my Grandfather's side we're Austrian but I identify myself as Polish-Canadian with a bit of British.

This gentlemen does indeed state that he is off ancestrial descent of a certan ethnic group presiding in the current island located west of the island refrenced as Britannia, and is commonly refrenced as Ireland by English speakers across the world that the current human population does indeed inhabit.

American with definite Italian and Japanese roots on my father's side, generally untraceable Northern/Western European and possible Native American roots on my mother's side.

Also, as a clarification for Americans: Asia, to me, is someone of South Asian origin such as Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis and Sri Lankans. Whereas Orient would be people such as the Vietnamese, Chinese, Mongolians, Koreans, and Japanese.

My family's been in America longer than the Federalist and Democratic-Republican parties.

Well, any political parties actually, unless some of the Jamestown settlers were "politically affiliated." In which case, they would have been here for as long as said party.

I know quite a few who bear the surname Calabrese, in Erie, Pa.

Named after the region, I guess.
