Northern Europe - mostly Scottish (although there's some - admittedly diluted - Irish and English in there somewhere).

Well, I'm Italian/German, though I don't know what that would be on the poll. I can guess that Italian would be southern Europe, but I don't know where the German would be as Germany is kinda smack dab in the middle.

i'm of the chicagoan tribe of the greater great lakes nation. a northwest territorian. though i don't tend to wear any of our traditional ethnic garb. and i prefer our major feast days (like st. patty's) to our frequent minor rituals (like watching the cubs lose).

You don't really hear the term Central Europe a lot anymore around here, which is weird since it's in the World Factbook and the like. I'm assuming it's because of ideological reasons.

It's considered either Western or Central Europe, never Eastern Europe
