When I was briefly living with my grandparents for school reasons, one of my friends had this six inch long (minus tail) albino rat as a pet.

Never knew anyone who had a spider, though.

I wouldn't want to find one of those unexpectedly, but I was disappointed that a museum's spider petting zoo closed a bit before I got there. My wife was relieved, though.

Its unfair to condemn an entire program because of a single slip up. If we could only get a federal program to research this issue further, and refine our techniques, the world can be made a better place.

I love spiders! ^_^

Especially since they kill the cockroaches and earwigs.

There's this REALLY BIG one in the corner of my room, I call it Bo, so far it caught several flies.. I think those are flies..

Absolutely not!!! I would leave them alone if not in the way of anything. If it is in the way of something, I would just use a stick to move them out of the way, whether or not it gets destroyed in the process.
