Bluuuhhhhhh. They're creepy, spiders are. I'm not scared of them, but I don't want to see them or be around them. Besides, I'm always nervous that they're poisonous.

Truly dangerous spiders are rare and, while a couple are found in some parts of the Americas and Africa, you can find the most dangerous of them in Australia.

Most spiders are rather benign creatures, just trying to get by in a hostile world full of people who hate them.

A friend of mine loved dousing spider webs with a bit of gasoline, and then burning spider webs, and other things with bugs on it...

Come to think of it, my friend was/is really messed up in some ways...
