Come to think of it, it all makes sense now. They sabotage the education system so people will vote for them, being too uneducated about history to know better. While the middle class (4 years of college or just high school diploma), votes Republican.

I read this article over facebook already. You just marvel at these kinds of people's ability to function and reason on a regular basis.

It's both sad, and hilarious.

Ah I see, well thanks for correcting me, but still if she can see us from Alaska, then I'm sure a conveniently placed sniper could see her, however making a shot across the Straight would be difficult due to the weather, and conditions, and she'd have to be standing right on the coast at the closest point. Hmmm, Ideas, ideas :p

It amazes me though, honestly amazes me how incompetent people can be, because if America elects an absolute religious nut job, who hates us red-loving-commies( :palm: ), and thinks the middle east should be nuked or something I personally will have no issue invading the country and putting in power someone who actually has brains

it references the spectacular irrelevance of being able to see russia to, well anything. but mainly being able to understand foreign policy.

as such it doesn't really matter where she claimed to be able to see russia from,
since the bizzare correlation of see russia = understand foreign policy was already pants-on-head crazy.

Then again I suppose that would explain Red State Voter ID laws trying to clamp down on students. Only way they can retain a Republican majority.

not really since I never claimed she said it.

however when your response to "what Insight can you give us into russia?" is "you can see it from Alaska."

your either a) a tour guide or B) a viable VP candidate in a concussion ward. and not for a photo op.

as such the key point: that palin knew nothing about an incredibly huge part of US foreign relations. is carried over regardless of wether you quote "alaska" or "house". neither of those two is important because no-ones pointing out that she lied about where you can see russia from alaska. their pointing out she's an idiot. the keep word is SEE.

"do you have any insights?"

"not a single one. I can't do insights all I know is that from some places in alaska russia is in sight."
