Matt Cassel, I wonder what possessed Minnesota to take him? It's like scraping the bottom of the barrel on QB talent.

the Steelers not having any sort of cap is a major pain, how else will we entertain Balti twice and shut down Tom Brady?

Baltimore lost most of its pretty good defensive players, and Tom Brady is 300 years old in NFL years. Your concern should be Big Ben.

Brady has almost zero miles on his tires: since defenders are not even allowed to look at him funny, he virtually never gets hit. He will probably go till 40.

Blati can win with Flaccenheimer, Pitt can barely win with a healthy big ben
if we had a constantly healthy big ben then hello 3rd place in the AFC.

As far as I know, the defense was pretty sub-par last year anyway. So long as they have a productive draft, they can still be dangerous.

EDIT: According to NFL.com, the Ravens' defense had the following rankings:

17th ranked total defense
17th ranked passing defense
20th ranked rushing defense

Webb shouldn't even be a QB. He's a situation player.

Ponder has been in the league for two years and has played for one and a half seasons. He's had piss poor receivers to throw to outside of Harvin and Rudolph, and again he's had Harvin for a total of one season (rough estimate). Rudolph didn't break out until this season. Ponder showed that when he is on, he's deadly and efficient and he can lead an offense down the field. He needs to work on consistency, but if we get him more targets then he could develop.

I've watched Ponder on television. I wasn't really impressed with the kid. I mean, I suppose, statistically, he's okay. 300/483 2,935 yards 18TD 12INT. I mean, that's a 62.1% completion percentage. One thing of note, he had 60 rushes for 253 yards and 2TD. So, he's not afraid to attempt to make a play with his feet if he has to. Over all, statistically, he was the 21st best quarterback in terms of passer rating. His passer rating was better than Andrew Luck's (who passed for more yards, more TDs and more INTs). Ponder was only sacked 32 times all season. It's him being sacked twice per game. Perhaps the addition of Greg Jennings up there in Minnesota will give him a better target and we might see better numbers from him. Considering the back-ups to Ponder, it's a no-brainer as to him starting in 2013. He does show a lot of promise, seems to have quick feet, and a decent amount of touch when needed.
