A punctured Aorta is life threatening, get it through your head.

That moment went out the window as soon as someone starting wishing for Roethlisberger to get a punctured Aorta, which is almost certainly Fatal.

Too far man, even in jest.
Too far nothing, Roethlesburger is at best an idiot who hasn't helped himself by not wearing a helmet then crashing on a Hayabusa while drunkenly leering at women and wondering why he's getting called into court afterwords.

But see, stupidity is one thing. He's one of the more artistic excuse-maker, right up there with Suh and Merriman. He may have been found not guilty twice in a court of law for the same sentences, but then again he's wealthy enough to pay for the best slut-shaming attorneys in the world. No, Ben isn't just dumb, he also thinks he's privledged because of his status in the NFL. He's a problem child that the league needs to rid itself of in a hurry just like Suh, Fairley, Burress, and Cushing. Sooner or later any one of those named will become a bigger scandal and black mark on the NFL than Vick ever was.

You're right of course. My extreme dislike of Roethlesburger is amplified by the fact that I have a significant chunk of my family from that neck of the woods who make all the bullshit excuses possiblible for him, the whole "Oh he's famous, he's a target" thing. Hence why I might have been a bit rash, so I apologize. I don't wish him dead.

Utterly unsuccessful with a destroyed reputation and a lengthy prison sentence for finally screwing up and getting caught yes, dead no.

Let's face it. Everyone knows there are a fair few dickhead players in the NFL. We know who they are. Can't we all just take pleasure at hoping for their humiliating defeat at the hands of a superior opponent? I certainly get that much pleasure whenever I see the Denver Broncos lose . . .

He joined the Broncos. :meh:. It's that team that annoys the crap out of me. I was just fine with Peyton before he joined the Broncos. And interestingly enough, I'm slightly more tolerant of Tim Tebow since he's left the Broncos. I have no justifiable reason for hating the Broncos, I just do..

. . . their shade of orange pisses me off.

The Browns have one of my favorite jerseys in the NFL. My jersey preference probably goes Bears, Browns, 49ers, Steelers, Giants (in that order).

Also bad. But the Browns are excusable. They have no imagination. They named their team after a color. :palm:. At least Denver tried . . .

My favorite jerseys include the Ravens' jerseys and the throwback jerseys for the Chargers, their light blue outfits. And I've always liked what the Saints have done with that ivory color and black. It's a remarkably good mix of colors . . .

Heh, natural bias aside, I actually don't mind the Pack's jersey. Worst has got to be either the Vikings, Seahawks, or Bengals.

Eh, I kinda like the bold purple of the Vikings. And the Seahawks may have an ugly color scheme but they at least try to make it work.

No, the worst Jerseys in the NFL go to the Jaguars and the Panthers. It's like they sort of aped the color schemes of the Titans/Lions and Eagles respectively, and they use the black ones way too often.
