So I tried digging up the old alcohol thread to no avail, so I decided to start a brand spanking new one.

I don't know if you guys know this by now, but I enjoy drinking alcohol. Responsibly of course.
And since there are many new faces (well new to me) I wanted to know your opinions on alcohol. Do you enjoy it? In moderation or like a fish?

What do you prefer? Beer, wine, liquor, or cider? Or something else?

do you have a favorite cocktail? Or a drink recipe you would like to share?

Oh right I forgot about me. I obviously do drink, and my preference is beer.

my favorite beer of the moment is La Fin Du Monde by Unibroue. Epic deliciousness.

Ale and Cider are my preferences. Mead is a rare treat oft-times. Of wine, Sangria I enjoy the most.

Of Liquor, I enjoy Brandy and Vodka straight. Cocktails are too much fuss for me.
