Worst doesn't always refer to ineptitude. But in that vein, a couple of months ago I busted a college kid for trying to steal a donut from my store whilst drunk. He was the most inept shoplifter I've seen yet. Note to idiots: if you want to steal something by hiding it behind your back, don't turn around and walk out the door with said object in full view of everyone.
