No. I mean that they don't always write them in that order especially depending where you are from and what is the given name, family name, possibly other names, as well as the system how the names are decided. Sometimes the family name will be first. In here we usually the given name at first. But sometimes it is not quite that simple.

I will sometimes tell others if I am identifying as another gender at that particular time, upon which they refer to me be the appropriate name, though it is more often just something I assign myself to feel more comfortable. The issue of my gender identity is rather strange, and changes at random. I have gone almost two weeks identifying exclusively as one gender and on other occasions have changed it within a half an hour. It's rather irritating and can at times make me really uncomfortable, but as there really is nothing I can do to resolve it I have simply come to cope with it the best I can.

Go on a quest of self discovery. It's possible that you change so much due to indecision, so if you spend some time getting to know yourself, you could figure out what gender you actually are. If not, well at least you'll know, and you'll likely also be more comfortable about yourself, as well.
