Yeah not to hard if you have over a certain % of spainish speaking students ( or any langauge), simply ask the student which from his parents might want and send both the English and spainish copies home with the student ( or however they are delivered).

Susspension forms are normally, Your student __________ ( name) has been suspended for __ days, From ______ to ____. He is not to go on school property during the suspension.

Yeah, reading through the article you linked, I realize that you're really, really wrong:

They have the forms, it would seem. And have done so for quite some time:

So the question isn't actually whether the school needs to provide Spanish language forms. This is a given. The question is whether said forms were actually adequate:
